Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. While many orders ship sooner, processing times may vary during sales events, holidays, high-volume periods, or when inventory is being transferred from our warehouse.

Shipping Speed & Delivery Estimates

The shipping method selected at checkout applies to the carrier's transit time only and does not include order processing time.

For example, if you select an expedited shipping option, your order will still require processing before it is handed off to the carrier. Once shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping service you selected and the carrier's network.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

Surplus Soldier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or other circumstances beyond our control.
